Welcome to Shakti Nutrition. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and your purchase of products from us. By accessing our site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

Our website and online store are operated from the Netherlands and comply with applicable EU and Dutch consumer laws.
2. Use of the Website
You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes. You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access, interfere with its functionality, or misuse any content.
All product descriptions, images, and information on our site are provided in good faith. We reserve the right to correct typographical errors, update prices, or modify information at any time without notice.
3. Products and Orders
All products are subject to availability. Prices are displayed in euros (€), inclusive of VAT where applicable.
By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete. Once an order is placed and payment is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation by email.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order (for example, in cases of suspected fraud, stock unavailability, or incorrect pricing).
4. Payments
We accept secure online payments through the methods displayed at checkout. Orders will only be processed once payment is successfully received.
5. Shipping
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).
Estimated delivery times:
- Netherlands & EU: 3–5 business days
- UK: 5–10 business days
Free shipping is offered on bundles of 3 or more products.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is dispatched.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Shakti Nutrition is not responsible for delayed or lost parcels due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Shipping policies comply with Dutch consumer protection requirements for transparency on pricing, timing, and delivery (per Civil Code Book 6, Section 230m–230z).
6. Returns and Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of our supplements, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been shipped, in line with Article 6:230p(e) of the Dutch Civil Code, which excludes the right of withdrawal for sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons.
However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at care@shaktinutrition.com with:
- Your order number
- Photos and a short video showing the issue
- A brief description of the problem
Once verified, we will offer a replacement or full refund as appropriate.
Claims submitted after 7 days or without sufficient evidence may not be eligible.
This procedure ensures compliance with Dutch warranty law (conformiteitsbeginsel, Civil Code 7:17 BW) requiring that goods conform to the contract.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this site including text, graphics, images, product names, and logos is owned by or licensed to Shakti Nutrition. You may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit any content without our written consent.
8. Health Disclaimer
Our products are dietary supplements, not medicines. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Always consult your healthcare professional before starting any new supplement.
9. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our website or products.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid for the order concerned, unless otherwise required by Dutch consumer law.
10. Privacy
Your personal data is handled in accordance with our [Privacy Policy], which complies with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Dutch Uitvoeringswet AVG.

These Terms are governed by Dutch law.
Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in Amsterdam, the Netherlands, unless otherwise required by mandatory EU consumer law allowing you to file in your country of residence.
